Admission
​
At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Arrivals and departures
​
Late arrivals; please notify us soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period, the management reserves the right to re-let your unit.
If you wish to alter your booking, we will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate your request but no guarantee can be given.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Dogs
​
Dogs must be kept on leads, and supervised at all times.
Please clear up after your dog.
Do not leave dogs in your accommodation during the day, particularly in hot weather. East Dean Kennels are nearby to the site and provide doggy day care
General
​
Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
Drones, model aircraft, trucks, fireworks, open fires, cutting down or damaging trees, quads, go-peds, go-karts or other non-road legal forms of transport, are not permitted.
Group bookings of six or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members accepted).
No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
Single-sex bookings of four or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
Pitches
​
A cable measuring at least 5 metres is required for the electric hook-ups.
Please check with management before pitching your tent/vehicle
If you are using BBQ’s/fire pits, please ask for the protective matting to prevent the grass from scorching.
Safety First!
​
Please dispose of ashes into the galvanised bins around the site Not in the hedgerow as this is a fire risk.
Familiarise yourself with the location of the fire points, hosepipes and water buckets (3 points).
Strictly No Smoking in any of the accommodation
​
Naked flames of any kind i.e. candle’s, log fires, gas cookers, must not be used inside any of the accommodation – this is a considerable fire risk.

Fire pits and BBQ’s must be kept 5 metres away from any accommodation i.e. tents, Yurt & shepherds hut.
​
You use the BBQ’s and fire pits at your own risk - Go Glamp does not take any responsibilities for any injuries incurred while using this equipment. Do not leave children unsupervised around the BBQ’s and fire pits– remember they can continue to burn and remain hot once the flame has gone out.
Vehicles
​
No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m...
We try to keep the site as vehicle-free as possible, please park in the designated area.
Noise
​
Guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during the evening.
Please quieten children down in the evening after 7.pm.
No ball games or bicycles, after 7.pm.
Please respect other peoples peace and quiet, and please be aware that loud voices carry & may disturb other campers, including children who are trying to sleep.
Quiet hours must be respected between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.
We have a ‘no music’ policy
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to site management immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
